Deborah Welch, Ph.D. founded Reflective Leadership Global which is her private coaching practice centered on reflective practices to forgive, renew, access wisdom, and grow our strengths. She has 25 years of experience in the fields of psychology and business management and coaches entrepreneurs and leaders in education, corporations, and non-profit foundation work. She is an innovator in virtual learning practices and co-founded the VSLLC (Virtual Servant Leadership Learning Community) program with Ann Mc-Gee Cooper and Virginia Gilmore. This is a peer coaching year-long program that allows dedicated leaders an opportunity to grow their strengths and get support. Since 1998 Deborah has been teaching and designing graduate level courses for Capella University and
guiding doctoral dissertations. She has authored several articles, a chapter in the book, “The Spirit of Servant Leadership.” And her first book, “Forgiveness
